Lyerly Neurosurgery provides full service neurosurgical
care. We treat Spine disorders, Brain Tumors, Cerebrovascular disease
(aneurysms and stroke), Peripheral nerve disorders, skull base lesions, and
movement disorders. We are experts in mininmally invasive techniques (brain and
spine), neuroendoscopy and radiosurgery (Gamma knife). To learn more about the

Our History
Our practice was founded in 1934
as the first neurosurgical practice in the state of Florida. 
Our founder,
Dr
James G. Lyerly Sr. was one of the 19 founding members of the American
Association of Neurological Surgeons.
